A fantastic hotel concept. Made my reservation online and check myself in using the kiosk in a very simple process. Very clean rooms very well appointed very comfortable

My husband and I were in town for one night. This was ideal for a quick overnight stay. Getting checked in via the self serve electronic kiosk was a bit cumbersome only because after following all the on screen prompts, we had to ultimately go inside and check in at the desk anyhow. From inside, check in was smooth, service was standard- not overly personable but we were told all the various rules about staying there, what time the doors were locked and when coffee in the lobby was available. The room was clean and had a full size fridge and dishwasher. There were 2 plates, 2 cups in the dishwasher, which were still wet so they had just been cleaned. It was the top floor. The window opened about 2 inches to get some outside air. I always desire a window that opens wider to air out the room but I was thankful for the small amount it did open. No view to speak of, we were looking down at railroad tracks and peoples backyards. We were out late at our event and checked out by 7am so it was perfect for a short stay.

Room was clean and a good size. It had nice kitchen with refrigerator, cook top, microwave and dishwasher. I was very disappointed there was no coffee maker in the room. I've never stayed at a extended or short term hotel that didn't have a coffee maker. They have coffee available in the lobby but that's inconvenient to have to go down to lobby every time we need a cup of coffee and its only available for a certain time. Their website also decribes their "superiror noise reduction". It's worrst than most hotels I stay at. I'm sitting here listeing to kids screming in a room 2 doors down and accross the hall. We could hear the neighbors tv at night and people upstairs sounding like they were moving furniture. We will probably not stay here again.

My stay here was great. All your staff is extremely nice and very helpful. My room was clean. The whole place is locked down so you need keys to get into the hotel. Which I find a wonderful safety feature. They have a self check in feature at the front, which I personally loved. I didn’t have to wait in line to check in. Really enjoyed my stay, thank you highly recommend this place

Alisha was the best front desk receptionist I’ve met, only been here for one night and already remembers my name. Very sweet and lovely white girl!

The Livaway well it means live away from home best employees ever. Very quiet and friendly. The rooms are super clean and the bed well we shall say no more other then its so comfortable

The room was spacious and clean. Small kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, and sink. No frills, but practical. I was surprised there was no coffee maker in the room, but they do offer coffee down in the lobby during certain hours. While the room was generally comfortable, the bed was saggy and squeaky. Overall, a good value.

Exceptional service. Friendly yet efficient self check in or front desk assistance. Super clean common areas. Immaculate room! In fact, it was the cleanest room I've ever stayed in! Having criss-crossed the US, Canada & Mexico for 25 years, I was thoroughly impressed by this facility. My humble thanks to the entire staff for providing me with comfort, safety, and cleanliness. Expectations were exceeded! You will see me again down the road!
